Returns

To return an Advanced Promotions SLC product:

Please review our Guarantee - our process focuses on getting it right the first time, but if your expectations are not met we will work to get your order right. 

What can be returned:

In the rare cases that blank products were ordered, you can return them if they are in new condition but there will be a 25% restocking fee.  Because most of the items we sell have been customized they cannot be returned for a refund, however, you may receive a replacement or store credit.  

Replacements:

Products requiring replacement must be returned to Advanced Promotions SLC.

What cannot be returned:

No returns will be accepted after 15 days of receipt of purchase.  Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like-new condition to be eligible for return, replacement or store credit.

Returns for exchange or store credit:

Must be made within 15 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: 

All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
